Innovative User Control
Users can determine each group's pre-infusion pressure, shot volume, and extraction pressure. Leva’s digital displays provide real-time data on extraction pressure, pre-infusion and extraction time, and the pressure curve of each shot.
Leva S vs. Leva X
Leva S is the base model, featuring a single brew boiler and mechanical steam valves. Its groundbreaking design and technology offer reliability and user-friendliness. The innovative design reduces the force required to operate the machine by almost 50% compared to traditional lever machines and introduces a safety clutch system.
Leva X builds on the base model, adding features such as dedicated brew boilers per group and digital displays that provide live visualization of pre-infusion pressure, extraction pressure, and time throughout the shot.
