Returns & Warranty

At First Sip Supplies, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you need to return an item, please note the following conditions:

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
Condition: To qualify for a return, items must be in brand new, out-of-the-box condition. Products that do not meet this criterion may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Warranty Information:

Espresso Machines: Unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer or First Sip Supplies, all new commercial espresso machines come with a one-year warranty on non-wearing parts only.

Warranty Duration: 1 year from the date of purchase.
Coverage: Includes parts required to remedy defects in materials and/or workmanship. First Sip Supplies will repair or replace parts deemed defective. This warranty excludes parts damaged by accidents, abuse, improper use (e.g., using inadequately filtered water or operating without adequate water), or other factors beyond our control.
Water Treatment: All espresso equipment requires a regionally appropriate water treatment system for optimal performance and reliability. The warranty does not cover wear and tear parts.
Customer Responsibility: Transport costs are the customer's responsibility. Ensure correct packing and insurance for all returns to avoid damage. Equipment should only be opened for cleaning according to the Operating Instructions.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage from improper usage, maintenance, servicing, installation, incorrect voltage, poor water quality, natural wear, or reasons beyond our control.
Original Parts: Only original spare parts and accessories may be used to maintain the warranty.
Authorized Repairs: Equipment purchased from First Sip Supplies can only be serviced by a First Sip Supplies technician unless otherwise specified. Repairs conducted by unauthorized personnel are not covered by the warranty.
