Since its original release in 2005, the machine has been modernized to serve as an elegant addition to any coffee shop or Cafe. The two red lilies on the side shields pay homage to the company’s Florentine heritage, while the partially exposed groups offer a streamlined barista working experience. This machine provides baristas with control over boiler temperature, brewing volume, hot water tap dose, automatic cleaning cycles, and more, ensuring high-quality coffee even during peak hours.
The GB5 S showcases La Marzocco's design heritage with its graceful lines and harmonious curves. The understated side shields, elegant Florentine lily, and subtle insignia of il Marzocco on the cup rail combine to give the machine the feel of an heirloom built to stand the test of time.
