The Linea PB machines have revolutionized workflow and efficiency in the busiest, most discerning coffee shops. Baristas can focus on other elements of drink preparation and hospitality while shots are pulled to exacting standards every time, whether dialed in by time (AV) or weighed out in grams, also known as yield (ABR).

The Linea PB represents the first comprehensive update to the technical and stylistic aspects of the Linea in nearly 25 years. It features the iconic La Marzocco polished stainless steel body, updated with simplified lines and a lower profile.

The Linea PB features enhanced component longevity and new electronics that allow baristas to control various functions directly from the machine interface. These functions include boiler temperatures, brewing volume, hot water tap dose, and auto-backflush, among others. These updates complement the machine's stylish design.

Optional Scales (ABR): With integrated scales in the drip tray, the Linea PB ABR allows baristas to brew by volume, mass, or brew ratio to suit their workflow. In Mass mode, baristas can program a preferred weight for the finished cup, and the machine stops automatically, eliminating the need for an additional scale on top of the drip tray. Auto-brew ratio works by programming a given ratio and allowing the machine to dispense the appropriate water to achieve the desired ratio.

Advanced Electronics and Digital Display: The Linea PB features a temperature display, shot timers, flow pulse counter, and intuitive programming that simplifies the adjustment of machine parameters.

  • Saturated Groups: Water never leaves the coffee boiler during the brewing process, ensuring unsurpassed thermal stability, shot after shot.
  • Dual PID (Coffee & Steam): Allows for electronic control of coffee and steam boiler temperatures.
