The CBS-2131XTS Touchscreen Series Airpot Coffee Brewer is an ideal hot beverage solution for high-volume self-service environments such as convenience stores, cafeterias, specialty coffee shops, and office coffee service (OCS). It is designed with 3-liter and 1-gallon brewing options and now features adjustable legs, combining versatility and efficiency.

The innovative Extractor® Brewing System offers complete control through a user-friendly touchscreen interface. The display is intuitive, easy to read, and simple to navigate, ensuring a seamless brewing experience.

The Cascading Dome Spray (CSD) technology directs water over the dome's outer surface rather than through small drain holes, which can easily clog with mineral deposits over time in competitor models. This feature virtually eliminates lime buildup on the spray head, a common cause of service calls. Fewer service interruptions translate to lower operating costs and more time-generating revenue.

Its low profile and compact design make the CBS-2131XTS the perfect choice for spaces where service area is limited, such as breakrooms, cafeteria countertops, and lobby coffee stations.

The CBS-2131XTS comes pre-programmed for 3-liter brewing and can be easily reconfigured in the field for 1-gallon brewing.
