Its spring-loaded bag clamp, chute knocker, and vibrating steel shaker plate ensure that all ground coffee lands precisely in the desired receptacle, whether a bag, bin, or dosing cup for smaller quantities.

More Than Capable

Equipped with 140mm wear-resistant steel burrs, the KR1403 can grind up to 100 pounds of coffee per day, effortlessly managing the demands of high-volume cafes, retail environments, and roasteries. While primarily used for bag grinding, this versatile grinder can handle smaller doses for batch brewing, pour-overs, and espresso, thanks to its step-less adjustment and grind range from 200 to 900 microns. Although active cooling fans are not included, the 140mm steel burrs and 3-phase motor minimize heat transfer to the coffee, maintaining quality.

Despite its more powerful motor and nearly double the grinding capacity of the Ditting 1203 model, the KR1403 maintains the same high-quality metal components, weight, and size as its sibling.
